Privacy Policy
Terms and Conditions
Effective date: August 2026
These Terms govern your use of this website, operated by Bryan Bogensberger ("we", "us", "our") under the name Reform FIFA.
By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Who operates this website
Reform FIFA is currently operated by Bryan Bogensberger as an individual. A not-for-profit entity is being incorporated to operate the campaign, and these Terms will be updated with its details when it is registered.
Contact: contact@reformfifa.org
2. No affiliation with FIFA
Reform FIFA is an independent supporters' campaign. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any way to the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), any confederation, or any national association.
We use the name FIFA only to identify the organisation this campaign concerns. FIFA and related marks are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this website should be read as suggesting any association with, or approval by, FIFA.
We accept no funding from FIFA, from any football governing body, or from any commercial partner of either.
3. What this website is for
This website exists to explain the campaign, publish our record of documented events, and allow people to add their name in support.
Nothing on this website is legal, financial, or professional advice.
4. Accuracy and corrections
We take accuracy seriously. Factual claims published here are sourced to named reporting, official statements, or public documents, and we aim to make the source of each claim clear.
We may still get something wrong. If you believe anything on this website is inaccurate, contact corrections@reformfifa.org with the specific claim and, where possible, the evidence. We will review it promptly and correct or remove anything we cannot support.
Where we describe the actions of named individuals or organisations, we are reporting what has been publicly documented and, where relevant, offering comment on matters of public interest. Opinions expressed are held honestly and identified as such.
5. Signing up
Adding your name means you support the campaign's aim of fair representation for supporters in the governance of football. It creates no membership, no contract, and no obligation on you, and you can withdraw at any time.
We are not currently accepting donations or payments of any kind through this website.
Use of the signup form is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
6. Using our material
Campaign material published here, other than photography, may be shared, quoted, and reproduced freely for non-commercial purposes, provided it is attributed to Reform FIFA and not altered in a way that changes its meaning. We want this material to travel.
Photography on this website is not covered by that permission. Images are owned by Bryan Bogensberger, by other photographers who have permitted their use here, or licensed from third-party providers. Contact us before using any image.
You may not use our material in a way that suggests Reform FIFA endorses you, your organisation, or your position.
7. Material belonging to others
This website quotes and links to reporting by others. Those works remain the property of their publishers, and we quote only what is necessary to make a point.
We link to third-party websites for reference. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
use this website unlawfully
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
interfere with its operation or security
scrape or harvest personal data from it
submit anything false, abusive, threatening, or unlawful
9. Information you send us
If you send us information, documents, or tips, you confirm you are entitled to share them and that doing so does not breach any obligation you owe to anyone else.
We may act on what you send us, including publishing it, unless you tell us otherwise. We will not publish your identity without your agreement.
10. Availability
We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of this website at any time.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, this website, from reliance on its content, or from interruptions, errors, or third-party links.
